Deposits and Cancellations
A deposit of 50% will secure the photographer's services for the date and time discussed and may not be rescheduled for a different date. In the event of the clients' cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. It is important to note that deposits are non-refundable even for reasons such as venue closure, government shutdown, or pandemic related health and safety precautions. If Cypress Coast Productions is cancelling the event due to unexpected critical reasons, the full amount will be refunded. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.
